susanmark
Hey everyone, I have a speaker that's been giving me trouble recently. It seems like it's not producing sound consistently, or sometimes the audio quality is distorted. I've tried troubleshooting with basic checks like cables and power, but no luck. Does anyone here have experience fixing this kind of issue? I’ve read about different potential causes, from blown drivers to faulty wiring, but I’m not sure where to start. Any tips or suggestions for fixing or diagnosing the issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
dimicag
Your speaker may have a blown driver or a wiring issue. If you’ve already checked cables and power, try inspecting the speaker cone for damage or loose connections. Also, test the speaker with a different device to rule out source issues. If there’s water damage, this could affect the internal components, so check for any moisture inside. If the sound is still inconsistent or distorted fix my speaker water, it could be a problem with the amplifier or receiver. If you don’t notice any physical damage, the driver may need to be replaced. If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, it might be worth taking it to a repair service.
