Has outsourcing gone to far?I think they found a new way to use all those call center (ex) employees who lost jobs from the no-call law.McWierd according to the Oregonian articleI wonder how much more garbled a long distance call can make a drive through window squawk box?Will other drive throughs be outsourced?
