On the one hand, I do not want to go to court, as it may have a negative impact on the well-being of our company, but on the other hand, I feel that there is no other way out. After all, when all other ways of resolving the dispute exhausted, you can really come to the conclusion that to solve the problem you need to use a more formal approach, namely commercial litigation, and it happens that this solution is simply the only correct way out.
