My Program Windows Disappear Suddenly.[INACTIVE]

Hello Sir,

I need your help. My problem is when ever i try to install new software like java, windows live messenger, limewire or many other the instalation window disappears suddenly with out any error and i can't install any software and when i am trying to surf internet IE, Opera and Netscape window also disappears some time like i cant open avg.com i try to get help from yahoo.answers but when i go to secutry section browser window disappeas. When i work on ms work and open page setup that one also disappear and after that i cant use ms word. and Task manger also minimize to system try. i cant use task manager also. i have fromated the drive c and installed windows again but same problem. i have data on drive see i dont want to loss.

one more thing i have avg 8 pro installed. when i scan it gives warrning only 481 warrning but cant solve them. and avg windows also doing same open it disappears.

so now i have installed Hijackthis. but i am not sure which service i need to fix.

Hello and Welcome to BT. :)

I am MoNsTeReNeRgY22 and I will be assisting you with your malware problem today.

Looking at your system now, one or more of the identified infections is a backdoor Trojan.

If this computer is ever used for on-line banking, I suggest you do the following immediately:

1. Call all of your banks, credit card companies, financial institutions and inform them that you may be a victim of identity theft and to put a watch on your accounts or change all your account numbers.

2. From a clean computer, change ALL your on-line passwords for email, for banks, financial accounts, PayPal, eBay, on-line companies, any on-line forums or groups you belong to.

Do NOT change passwords or do any transactions while using the infected computer because the attacker will get the new passwords and transaction information.

Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%

(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  • Choose your usual account.

  • Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
  • It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  • Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
    (Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
  • Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log
