Flash Help

OK I am trying to figure something out here. When I view <a href="http://www.dirtpit.tv/test/">this</a> in FireFox it works just fine. But when I view it in IE 7, I see nothing. I seen no flash at all. What gives? I mean the code is all the same as on the front of <a href="http://www.dirtpit.tv">DirtPit.TV</a>. Any thoughts on what could be wrong?
