xxkbxx
Hello everyone, I haven't been on here in over a year thanks to college/work/football but I thought my most recent build deserves a little showing off.My plan is to build a small computer, as in size of the case, with a budget at about $500, to be used at school (in case anyone who knew me when I was active on here a while ago cares, I got into MIT, thus I little free time now ) Basically it's going to be hooked up to my TV and used for N64 and SNES emulators, and for watching movies, music and such. Once I get it built I'm going to buy the actual controllers with usb adapters for authenticity.Shuttle SD30G2B Intel Socket T(LGA775) 945GC Barebone - Retail Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 Allendale 2.2GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80557E4500 - Retail A-DATA 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model ADQVE1A16K - Retail Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250310AS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM MSI NX8400GS-TD256E GeForce 8400GS Support up to 512M (256MB onboard) 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD Burner With 12X DVD-RAM Write Black SATA Model LH-20A1S - Retail I really like the shuttle barebone, it's exactly size-wise what I'm looking for. xxkbxx
Yeah, all my parts came in today/yesterday, unfortunately I had them mailed up to my dorm at school, but I'll be there Sunday and can finish the build before I start classes.
