sceeter32
Hello everyone! A few days ago I bought a new laptop and I just want to get your opinion if this is normal or not. The laptop is an HP pavilion just look at my specs below. When my laptop is off and unplugged, and the next day I go to used it with power plugged in the battery has discharge about 10 to 15 percent. Does this mean the battery is defective? Thanks Sceeter32
mikex
I live on a laptop, I can honestly say I have never noticed. It should stay fully charged unless it go into hibernation. If you are running Vista the button that looks like the shutdown is the hibernation button.

Once I goto the desktop I noticed the battery icon in sys tray was a little low.Sceeter32 Edited December 23, 2007 by sceeter32
