Many things. Ignorance, unemployment, exposure to repested media blitzes of ultra violence as a daily normality, xenophobia (fear of everyone that dosen't look like you), a pathetic education environment, Government "leadership" whos idea of diplomacy is dropping bombs on school children, hospitals, and refugees..........Take all that and make it a right for any sociopathic drug induced, Rambo wannabe with a camoflouge outfit that's severely depressed because his girlfriend dumped him and let him walk into any WallMart or gunshow and buy an assault rifle and hundreds of rounds of ammunician and then go on a rampage..
