I figured I would give something to myself this holiday and buy a new rig. I am trying to stay under $650. I am a casual gamer (Doom 3, Quake 4, Battlefield 2, Hoping to be able to play Quake Wars and UT3 on this rig) and do a lot of work with graphics and web code. I do not plan to over clock at all. I am having a bit of a debate over the processors and PSU which I came here for help. I would like to hear your guys input and suggestions. Items in Red are temporary. Thanks

Welcome to besttechie.net :-)

It looks like a great system. My only thought is using the old hardrive. A big part of performance comes from harddrive performance. I would get a new hardrive then use your old for backup for important stuff.
