Tried network wizard, the other networking setup steps, HP & ISP phonecalls for assistance. No help. NIC seems to be working but I go through a router to modem to ISP. Broadband. Run the setup or config wizard for your router. If the router was set up for a different PC. Reset your router back to the default settings. (usually a reset button on back of the router.)
