Dell Warranty Work

In my town, Dell does its warranty work in home by local technicians. I know this because one of my competing repair shops in town does this. Do any of you know what is involved with partnering with Dell to contract their warranty work? Any ideas what this pays? I have been searching on Dells site, but am not finding the info/application I need to peruse this. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks :-)

Dell has training for the different models it produces. You have to retest every so often to stay current. I would think you would want other certifications so you could pull in the Dell customer for other non warranty work. I can point you to a good video training solution if you want.
