To see if you agreed to the "Customer Experience Improvement Option". Also, some programs and features can ask if you want to join this feature and you might have chosen OK. If you want to turn it off, or be sure it is off. Here's How.Go to your Start Menu>All Programs>Maintenance Folder>Problem Reports and Solutions. Under "See Also" go to "Customer Experience Improvement Settings".If you agreed not being sure what this was, You can turn it off from here. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Most people op not to join during setup on either OS when installing. This is showing others where to check and turn it off in Vista if they want to. It is not turned on by default, you have the option to set it during install. If you choose to join the improvment program, your usage and surfing habits will be sent.
