Acronis True Image Free For Maxtor, Seagate Users

I just ran across this and downloaded the MaxBlast 5 version.

I installed it and followed the simple prompts and cloned my HD.

Unlike XXclone I had used before and had to fine tune the HD afterwards, MaxBlast 5 was an exact copy.

If you have Maxtor or Seagate HD's and are looking for a cloning program, you will want to try this.

Are they the same programs? Website is a little confusing. I have a Seagate.

I have Maxtor HD's so that is the one I downloaded.

Since you have Seagate I would use that one.

Some one else with more knowledge than me will have to explain the differences between the two.
