JSKY Posted June 1, 2007 Report Share Posted June 1, 2007 Question on remote assitanceOnce you have sent a request via email how do you cancel the request so you can send to another request to a different email address? If you sent one out and for some reason it went to the wrong email address and now am unable to send to the correct email address as it states you can only ask one person for remote assistance.
