I noticed you can export the virus vault list to a .csv file. I just noticed this. I will start exporting, printing, and attaching to billing invoices. This will let the customer see on paper what they have.

Many times the computer is shutdown and on the shelf ready for the customer when they come in to pay. I do not think they will take the time to go in to the vault or test results to see what they were infected with.

I have seen that function but like most have never used it. That is an excellent idea and customers will feel better about paying.
