India's World Cup Loss To Sri Lanka

Perhaps why they lost:

While conceding his squad did not meet expectations, Chappell said people should "realize it's just a game."

Sports is BIG business. Nationalistic/regional/local pride tweeks the psyche of the sports fan. Gambling, whether legal or illegal,

panders to people who dally in the perturbations of sports probability. Sport is a spectacle, a past-time, an ad generator

and product pusher. Sport is where parents have the dream whereby they might live more comfortably if their son or daughter makes

the big time OR at the very least allow their children a college education based on athletics and not scholarship. It's just a game? Perhaps

in an ideal world... not ours.

Well, leave me out of it, watching OTHER people play sports is BORING.
