Change Email

hi ive changed my email address

but cant get it to change it in my profile

it tells me the code dosent match

this is getting frustrating

ive spent the last hour trying to change it

any ideas

Hi Marty,

I guess you mean that you are having difficulty seeing

and correctly copying the "Your unique security code".

Try installing Lens = http://www.markuswelz.de/freeware

and then putting it over the code to make it easier for you to see

as per the example in the below attatchment

thanks sultan ile try that

it seems the case sensitive letters are the problem

for instance

o and 0 look the same in the code

i always thought the code were in small case
