Flatiron
It's just that when he opens IE the home page(msn.com)is slow to load sometimes.Sometimes it won't load at all, it will say Page cannot be displayed and tocheck Internet Options. But most of thy time it's fast to load.I changed his home page to google and he said it changed back to msn, Ididn't ask but I think it happens after a reboot.I used SpywareBlaster to lock the home page and the 3 buttons are grayedout now(Use Current, Use Default & Use Blank). He hasn't been on it today yetso I don't know how it's doing.I'll post back later and let you know.BTW, he's on cable with charter.

Flatiron
Sorry it took so long to get back to ya! but I wanted to make sure on whatthe problem was and still is sometimes. After talking to Charter 5 times or so a Tech guy came out this past Thursdayand said ever since they upped their speed to 3MB there has been someproblems, especially in the last month here. So, it's not the PC!This can be locked now. Thanks again! Edited December 3, 2006 by Flatiron
