You can cancel your Japan Airlines flight and potentially get a refund, depending on your ticket type and timing. Refundable tickets are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 10 minutes before departure. Non-refundable tickets will not receive a cash refund but will be issued travel credits for future use, valid for one year from the date of issuance.
