[Hijack This Log]

For a while now I've had issues with my computer being a little bit slow. But recently it's gotten to the point where I can rarely get online, or open (or close for that matter) any programs at all. At times it can take 5 minutes for the machine to respond to anything I do. Even typing text like this. If I have IE open I get flooded with pop up browser windows that are almost impossible to close. I followed the instruction as directed in the other post and here is the hijackthis log I copied from the notepad.
