i'm not sure but when i keep the case on it's loud but when i keep the case off it's quiet.

so are you suggesting i buy a new FAN for my computer? I just switched on recently. When i open the case it's quiet but when the case is on it's loud

everytime when i turn on my computer my fan is loud but after a while it goes quiet than after it will become louder and louder. I tried to clean out the fan and nothing happened. Does anyone know why? I have a ATX case
