I have a SCSI card with a 10 GB HDD. I want to have it as additional storage on my computer. Can I have SCSI along with IDE drives???

Uh-huh, they don't want you to turn it off.
At this point I'd do a web search for something like:
IPODDER SPLASH SCREEN DISABLE
If the manufacturer has a fix, it'll turn up. If others have found the solution, it'll turn up.

One idea that's worked for me in various programs: Search the Windows Registry for the product name and see if there's an obvious setting for "splash." A value of "0" usually turns it off (if it exists).

I found the registry entry for ipodder. All it says is
Name:(Default)
Type:REG_SZ
Data:(value not set)

No, It doesn't. I thought I might be able to load it into a hex editor and do something, but I don't know enough about it.

I like iPodder to catch my podcasts, but that d@mn splash screen that takes up real estate on my monitor is killing me. I HATE IT!! You can't do anything because it is in your way. Does anyone know if you can get rid of it completely?? Maybe hex it out or something???PUHLEEEEZE!!!! It's killing me!!

I want to make a web site that is accessible from all computers on my home network. I don't want it to be public. Having it on my own machine will make it easy to add files and such to it. Is there an easy way???

Hey people, I just want to introduce myself. I have been a member of the TechTv message boards for years, till they were taken over by G4. Since then I have remained a member of that board. Now that the Tech Support board is closing, I guess I will be coming here.

I bought a lot of computer parts for like 60 bucks. I found this thing in there that looks like a video capture card. It has what looks like Coaxial connectors in the back (5 of them) it also has two busses coming from it a FC-10p plug and the other a FC-16p plug. Any clues anyone????
