OK. So just like most people I've resolved to cull a few pounds this year.
Actually I committed to that project last Nov. 12. ..... 25 lbs to be exact. When I recently bought a new battery for the scale it dawned on me that November was probably NOT a good time to start a diet. I've now adjusted my goals to first get down to the Nov. 12th weight again.
