Hello curt440 and welcome to the BT forums. After reviewing your log I see a few items that require our attention. Please print these directions and then proceed with the following steps in order. Step #1 Download Cwshredder.exe and save it to a folder of its own. Start the program and click on the Check for Update button. If an update is available then download and install it. Close the program (do not run it yet). Download CCleaner and install it but do not run it yet. Step #2 Restart in Safe Mode Restart the computer. Hi shanenin. Just so you know, not everyone is accepted into the classroom at TC. It is a multi-level screening that every candidate must pass to get into the classroom, and as stated earlier it takes time. In fact, that is why I am here, to check you out. From what I see, I will give you a pass through the first screening phase. After that, additional checks will be made but I do not see any problems and you should be hearing from them within a week to 10 days regarding your status. Good luck and keep up the good work. First, let's reset your hidden/system files and folders. There is an item in the 02 section that is related to CWS.StartPage but the file is missing so at the present it is harmless. We will remove that entry allong with a couple of other bad entires.
