Not sure, how would I find out?

Thanks for your response. I'm using Internet Explorer. When I right click and try to open a link ina new window, nothing happens. I also cant open drop down menus. I tried changing the cookies but it didnt make any difference.

I have turned off my pop up blocker but it is still preventing pages from opening in new windows. Can anyone help?
