[Ipod Touch Or Iphone?]

Hey everyone. I currently have an iPod touch and I live in a pretty populated area so my wi fi is always active. I need a new cell phone so do ppl think I should upgrade to an iPhone or keep the touch and get a cheaper phone? ( I use the wifi frequently). Thanks for your time

Can anyone give me advice on which web browser is generally the fastest, most secure and most reliable? I currently am using firefox but I wanted to know if there is something better and safer out there. thanks loads
