[Needing Help With Hijackthis Log]

Hey there everyone,

Just wondering if I could get some assistance with interpreting my log file. And what I can do to clean things up. Im having issues with some programs running very slow ie. Nero The process will show it is running in the task bar, yet will not actually start up. And my boot up time is very long and slow now also. Thank you so much.
