whats best malware program you could reccommend?

I have a hp 1410us laptop with windows xp. There were some serious virus issues on it, i was researching fixes and downloaded several programs to clean it up a bit. I needed to get into safemode to operate these programs but could not normally boot into safemode through the F8 key at start up. So i went in through msconfig and set it to /safemode boot. Now my pc is in an endles restart because i cannot boot into normal or safe mode. I searched and searched for a fix for this and found a boot.ini suggestion but could not do this because i had a corrupted file sysem on my drive. So is the only w
