[Ie Closes]

When I open Internet Explorer, It immediately closes this also happened when I go to the control panel and try to open the internet options that way. Depending on my computer speed, the programs either open for a second or two or the appear not to open at all. I'm not sure exactly which programs this happens with, but it seems to be anything connected with IE. Also not sure if it's related, just in case it is, windows live mail has been asking me to enter passwords on my pop accounts every time it checks the server and it didn't do that before, it's won't remember any passwords with pop servers.

I ran regcure and fixed as much as I could. I went to the "C" drive and did a disk clean-up. I scanned with My antivirus program. I have checked my drives. I have even tried to restore the system. I tried deleting and removing IE and re-installing it. I don't know what else to do and I don't know what to do with this log I got from highjack this. I have searched and searched on line and non of the fixes I found for other people seem to work for my computer.

As I type this Windows File Protection is scanning my system and it has prompted me several times to insert my original service pack 3cd in order to copy dll files. I either don't have or have misplaced such a CD, so I cancel that request and the scan goes on.
