  1. Well I checked the internet security options and the first one was set to "prompt" and the next two were set to "disable". Could something else be going on here? ZCorker
  2. Thanks for the update. I have not had much success using registry fixes or cleaners. My past experience seems to indicate that they will cause the entire system to crash. My best luck has been to fix each problem as they come up. Incidentally I did get the Juno connection working again. However, I now have another problem in the sense that my network password won't set. ZCorker
  3. I lost my ability to copy and paste from stuff written in notepad. Anyone know how to fix this? I am running Win2k Svpk IV. Randal ICQ 118179171
  4. Historically I tried opening a new program and came up with an error message indicating that the network resource "isscript.msi" was not available and I was given a pointer. Microsoft said to delete a file in the registry in accordance with the instructions in Knowledge Base Article Q326674. After deleting this entry, the error message went away and the Juno connection quit working. Microsoft then said to delete and reinstall the Juno Software and if this didn't fix the connection problem, then do a parallel install. I attempted to do a parallel install, but had to abort because I wasn't
