Historically I tried opening a new program and came up with an error message indicating that the network resource "isscript.msi" was not available and I was given a pointer. Microsoft said to delete a file in the registry in accordance with the instructions in Knowledge Base Article Q326674. After deleting this entry, the error message went away and the Juno connection quit working. Microsoft then said to delete and reinstall the Juno Software and if this didn't fix the connection problem, then do a parallel install.
