Im working on an employees computer and not having much luck. He originally had the SPYSHREDDER popup and fake warnings and his SAV auto-protect wouldnt load. The Symantec Anti-Virus he is running is version 9.0.3.1. I uninstalled all programs he didnt need, removed all old versions of java, ran spybot, ran pandas online scan (ill attach the log from there also), uninstalled SAV, Reinstalled NAV, updated the Live Update Program, updated the sevinst.exe, but have had no luck geting the auto-protect fixed. Im wondering if there is still a lingering trojan/hack.tool somewhere... any help woul
