  4. Hey sarah, thank you for your help. I tried opening the combfix.exe but a error came out saying it wasn't valid or some sort. By the way my computer is Vista if that helps. I'll keep on trying to run the file. So it ran and it had a loading screen of combofix but after it loaded it dissapeared and nothing reappeared
  5. hello computer experts. I currently have a virus that my antivirus norton cannot detect so i have quit with that program and trying others. The virus came after inserting my USB flashdrive and norton detecting a high risk intrusion which required for me to restart my computer. After restarting my desktop came out 2 icons with both names desktop.ini and with all my documents having .txt or other description at the end. My computer also slowed down dramaticly and norton could not re-detect this virus.. All of a sudden i have files i havent create inside my C drive one of them being some kind of
