If you're experiencing problems related to installing this service pack, you can call in for no-charge support on that. 866-PC-SAFETY (866-727-2338) is the number for the US and Canada.
Thanks,

It's that sending of this message which allow hoax virus alerts to thrive.

And I'll just keep computing like normal.

You can install the recovery console, and I think it's a good idea.
This might help with your problem.
How do I install the Recovery Console if I upgraded service packs?

Good luck!

O2 - BHO: EventHandler Class - {9FB534E3-67CB-4307-AE0A-9E8B5581BE2C} - C:\PROGRA~1\WINDOW~4\WINSB.DLL
O3 - Toolbar: Windows Search Bar - {A1DD937D-71E1-4BB5-BD5D-1B01B9CB1C2F} - C:\PROGRA~1\WINDOW~4\WINSB.DLL
O9 - Extra button: WeatherBug - {AF6CABAB-61F9-4f12-A198-B7D41EF1CB52} - C:\Program Files\AWS\WeatherBug\Weather.exe (file missing) (HKCU)
I don't see anything else, but then again, I'm not the best at spotting things in these.

I don't believe the retail CD setup program will accept an OEM product key.
