Hi Can someone please tell me what should I do to remove the virus I unknowingly installed on my PC? Neither Norton nor Ad-Aware works. I got an icon blinking on my toolbar and when I click on it it tells me I got viruses on my pc and I need to buy their software to remove it. I found the folder of that program but I could only delete few of its files. THANKS!
