    New hp s3220n desktop. Got it yesterday morning. Tried network wizard, the other networking setup steps, HP & ISP phonecalls for assistance. No help. NIC seems to be working but I go through a router to modem to ISP. Broadband. Tried ipconfig release and renew. No change. Thanks for your response

    Have a new HP with Vista and cannot connect to the internet.
