Hello I need help, everytime I run a antivir scan or try to defragment my computer stops. the error codes vary, usually 0x0000007 or 0x00000D1. I also am having trouble getting into some web sights I get a baloon that says my active x is too high or I have blocked the sight. I also can't get my computer to system restore, I tried 12 restore points and none of them worked, I don't know if it is all related to the same problem or if I have 3 problems but any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
