"Normal" Windows XP startup where you can select the user and enter in a password no longer works. Instead, a popup windows appears with the desktop picture in the background asking to enter a password. Whenever I click on a folder, a web browser opens up. I'm not sure how it began, but I believe it was after a certain website visit. I've tried running spybot and it always finds errors and I keep deleting them but they keep returning.
