Hi all, I have exhausted everything I could find or think of and can't fix this problem. Out of nowhere, I started having problems on Vista boot. "spooler subsystem app error" pops up on boot, or any time I try to load the Spool Service in Vista. I tried Microsoft's registry fixes, they failed. I tried using cleanspl.. doesn't work with Vista I tried cleaning out the System32\Spool directory, that failed I tried re-installing the printer driver, it fails I tried a restore point, that failed I scanned for viruses and spyware, that didn't fix it.
