Swear'n Karen

When I open my MS Word program three error messages pop up before the program opens: First msg: "Norton has encountered an internal program error (3038, 103)", Second msg: "An error occured trying to launch remove hidden data tool - try reinstalling", and Third msg: Same as First message re Norton error. Help... I have no idea how to stop/fix these errors. Much appreciated ~Karen~
