[New Guy-winvirus. Please Help!]

Hey everyone i have been trying to get rid of a "winantivirus pro 2007" program on my computer that my fiance somehow got yesterday. its slowing everything down and popups are coming out of nowhere.

i'm not the best technically skilled person but i have been reading a lot on this issue and this is what i have done so far.

i hope somebody can help me, sorry if i'm not the smartest person out there...

i ran trend-micro and deleted all of the infected files- no fix

i used the atf cleaner and delted the infected files- no fix
