Hi - I am trying to fix son's computer (I manage the 7 computers at our home) and think we have come up with the "problem" but don't know how to fix it. It won't connect to the internet...services are unable to start...error 1068, etc. TCP/IP not working... I am doing everything by transferring from jump drive on his computer to this one since I can't get online on his. I have run trendmicro and ewido - and here is the current hijackthis.
