Did you clear all cookies, temporary files etc. run CCleaner and also if you ran spybot and your still getting the error then it may be something deeper then just cleaning out your temporary internet files. one more thing, what kind of websites may i ask?

i use ccleaner. works very well. www.ccleaner.com it cleans out much crap in windows but i dont really fool around with the registry. i reccomend reinstalling/reformating xp every year, if you use it daily.

logmein isnt that bad, its pretty nice. i personally like to stick with remote desktop.
