I didn't find a c:\keys.ini file. I did find one labeled just "keys" but when I tried to delete it I got a dialog box saying this is a system file. I didn't delete it. Here is the current HJT log.

Yes, like 200+ files. I got rid of those as directed by the program, and noticed that the computer started up quicker, but programs still take a few minutes to open after clicking. I'll the program again overnight (took about two hours) and see tomorrow morning if it has a report.

Thank you for your response! I followed your directions exactly, but after the scan when I clicked Reports, system said "No reports available". I went back to Scanner and Settings to confirm that there is a check for "Automatically generate report after every scan" and that there is not a check at "Only if threats are were found." Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

When I start my laptop (after it has been turned off or left on but unused for a few hours), it takes several minutes after clicking an icon for the program to open. Something is slowing it down. My hijackthis log follows, can you please help? Thanks!
