I don't really know what your talking about, and I could care less about my post count. Personally, I'm from Detriot.

"Detroit's crime rate has created notoriety while the city continues to struggle with the burdens of racial disharmony between itself and its suburban neighbors. The city has experienced budget shortfalls, leading to cuts in city services."

is disharmony of races caused by

disparity between econimics of the haves and have nots

at the moment we dont have that

but it used to be bad at one stage

and because of difference of pay packets

people started to blame each other

then it became racial

but we have a gov that has eliminated 99 percent of that

and i have to add it is a socialist party

how long that will last will depends on the the politics

rightwing govs tend to create have and have nots

this creates a work pool so they can hire at the cheepest rates

and so the cycle goes round

i dont know weather you agree with that

im using my country as an example

tho most countrys in the OECD

practice these politics

mumble- grumble-grunt groan

thats what multilingual means

to day the size of the world now so small

we cant keep up with the language

young people have a language of there own

and unless you ask you get lost when they talk

dont worry it is happening here as well

tho must say american slang is picked up all over the world

it is more colorfull and short to the point.

her in nz we have different of saying things

and because i was brought up

that way i cant get out of the habit

of using the local dialect
