wonderent
If fubz is out there...or anyone else who might know...Haven't put anything on my iriver yet, but in looking through the manual, I can't find anything about how to delete a particular recording -- like an interview after I've listened to it. I have read in reviews that the iriver doesn't let you do this without beingconnected to the computer, but I'm wondering if I would just go throughMy Computer...open the drive...and then delete like you would any file?...or if it is done through Windows Media Player? Will appreciate anyone's time. nancy

Bubba Bob
Oh! HA! Open up WMP, and choose "Copy To CD or Device" from the menu on the left.
fubz
You can delete on the MP3 player itself. Just when you browsing the files press record and that should bring up delete menu.
wonderent
Bubba Bob -- just wanted to tell you that you were exactly right -- WMP was the place to delete from the player. You go to the sync menu...then all of the player's present filesshow up in the right column...you can right click on any of them, and it gives you the option to delete from the player.I'm mainly giving this info for anyone else out there who mightfind it useful....but there may not be anyone else out there who would have trouble figuring this out! Thanks again for your time!~~~~~~~~~~Fubz -- I don't think my player has that same function that yours does but sure appreciate your mention of it.
