The free version can not transfer files, I am not sure about the paid versions, but i am guessing that you can.

I currently have created a shared folder on my computer and I transfer any files I need upto this pc.

But of course, that will only work on an local intranet.

:) Depends how your using VNC and for what environment.

Good luck

Can you refresh my memory on how to do that? I am running XP Home. Is this possible?

Heya,

I actually perfer Ultra VNC. I think it's much better than Real VNC by far and you can transfer files with it, it's really fast for me over my LAN, and it's pretty good when you're connecting from outside your LAN. I'd recommend using Ultra VNC. It's free and opensource too, btw.

Hope that helps. B)

 Thanks for the suggestion Besttechie

I have now downloaded and installed it :)

Looks slightly confusing with all the settings but there are some good tutorials on their website

rjmiller15, I would personally suggest you do that same, its easier than what I was suggesting.

:)
