Install Windows Media Player now.Please use the following error code when writing to Yahoo! Help. JSKY Posted October 2, 2004 Report Share Posted October 2, 2004 Do you have the latset and greatest? Also check to see if there are any plugins or supported devices and drivers you might need. Just click on the top (where it says Windows Media Player) and go to tool and then downloads. See if there is anything that will help you there. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
