martymas Posted July 2, 2005 Report Share Posted July 2, 2005 me to from as far away as where i live im getting emails to buy microsoft products at a reduced price ive tried to set blocking rules but the buggers keep changing their return addresshow ever ive blocked many of them and now it has got done to a triclke .the biggest offenders are the pharmacys and microsoft productsi know microsoft dosent email at will i contacted our local branch and they said they dont email private individuals unless it is arranged but use a throw away email address i havent got a clue how that works .marty Quote Link to post Share on other sites

The FREE email accounts. You subscribe to something and give them that email address instead of your real address you only give out to friends, family etc.Then if you get too much spam, you can delete that addy, and go back in and make up a new one. This is called throwing it away. Throw away the old and get a new one.Don't use any part of your name, since you might be deleting it.
