murtu52 Posted April 1, 2005 Report Share Posted April 1, 2005 I'm assuming you are using IE, but regardless:First, install and run Spybot: Search and Destroy and Adaware. Please update both of them before running them. That should get rid of a lot of spyware, which is huge source of pop ups. Also, Windows Messenger could also be the source of some of the pop ups. You can learn how to disable it here.Also, use Spyware Blaster and IE-SPYAD (IE-SPYAD only works with Internet Explorer).If you are still getting popups, please post back with specifics. Thanks.
