So What Do You Look Like?

Recommended Posts

Well, I went without shaving over Memorial Day weekend and my OL says it makes me look rugged and distinguished. Personally I think the white whiskers make me look old.

I think they feel coarse; but she still insists they are soft.

Baldness has its advantages.

Ah I guess I will play along and post the pic.

Beard makes the top half of my head look small.

Hey bozodog, Pete_C:-)

Thanks for posting in the thread. Pete_C: Yeah baldness has it's advantages. Haircuts are pretty quick:)

BTW, folks you don't need to post your picture. I just thought it would be kinda cool if we got to know each other better. Many of us have been here for years. :matrix:

You could post a bit about yourself: hobbies, personal appearance, etc. :)

I have an aversion to cameras so pics of me are scarce. My Brother and SIL were visiting and snapped me at the casino though:

Hobbies:

This right here takes up the most time, hours a day. Dumb? I dunno, but it's certainly addicting.

Another is bicyling, I often put hundreds of miles on the bike every year. Haven't been out yet, but the weather's getting better every week so ... soon my babies, soon. My babies (pics cribbed off the Internet as that camera aversion extends to TAKING pictures):

For streets and paved trails, my road bike, a Schwinn Le Tour:

For off-road and limestone/gravel trails, my mountain bike, a Schwinn High Plains:

I also have a Netflix subscription. I was renting several movies a week which prompted my Niece & Nephew to give me a gift subscription to NF. I've been slacking lately, not watching so many movies, partly due to the Digital Transition of Broadcast TV (now I have three times the available channels to watch, and the picture's SO perfect, I often find SOMETHING worth watching when before I resorted to watching a DVD). Still, with NF I've seen dozens and dozens of movies the local rental store would never have carried and they were, for the most part, simply amazing.
